Privacy policy.

This policy explains which personal data Deontex Media collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. It is written to comply with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).

01Who is responsible

Our processing has been declared to the CNDP under receipt number [CNDP RECEIPT NUMBER].

02What we collect

When you request an audit or send a message: your name, business name, website or social account, city and country, industry, budget range, goal, email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number, plus the text of your message.

When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking calendar, which is provided by Cal.com.

When you visit: anonymous, aggregated audience statistics through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you. We store one functional cookie to remember the price currency you chose, and one to remember your language.

03Why we use it

To prepare and send the audit or reply you asked for, to arrange a call, and to follow up on your request. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and the steps you asked us to take before a possible contract.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

04Who receives it

Only the Deontex Media team, and the service providers that run this website for us: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Cal.com (booking). Some of these providers process data outside Morocco; such transfers are made under the conditions set by law 09-08 and the CNDP.

05How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted [RETENTION PERIOD] after our last exchange. Client data is kept for the length of the contract and then for the periods required by law.

06Your rights

Under law 09-08 you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons. To use these rights, write to contact@deontex.com. We answer within the time limits set by law.

You can also file a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

07Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, access to requests is limited to the people who handle them, and we keep only what we need.

08Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
